Synopsis
The opening entry in Tadao Nagahama's Romance Super Robot Trilogy follows a stranded extraterrestrial settlement that left its homeworld millennia earlier. Led by scientist Oreana, one faction landed on Earth but could not complete its mission and went dormant. In the early 21st century this group revives and resumes efforts to subjugate the planet. Humanity's primary defense are the pilots of Combattler V, a super-electromagnetic robot capable of combating the Campbellians' enormous biomechanical slave creatures.
