Several months after the confrontation at Nagoya Castle, Yū-yū and their companions receive an invitation to a high-profile contest known as the Deluxe tournament. This event is designed to identify the foremost combatant by assembling both recognized Front Fighters, who participate in sanctioned competitions, and covert Counter Fighters—such as the enigmatic Blackout—who engage in clandestine flag battles. Familiar faces from overDress will face off against newcomers introduced in will+Dress, including Raika, Michiru, and Urara, as all contenders vie to establish who is strongest, within a tense atmosphere of rivalry and hidden strengths.
