Synopsis

The sequel follows a rematch between Japan and the All Europe Soccer Team. After suffering a third loss to Nankatsu, Hyuga initially refuses to rejoin the national squad and instead trains intensively with Kyra to refine his Tiger Shot. Japan must cope with notable absences: Misaki cannot participate, and Wakabayashi is initially barred from playing due to his commitments with a German club. Schneider, Europe’s captain, has notably improved and creates serious challenges for Tsubasa and the rest of the Japanese side. Despite new regulations, Schneider pursues a personal objective to overcome Wakabayashi using a newly developed 'illusion shot,' which leads to violent face impacts that injure Wakashimazu and Misaki, the second and third goalkeepers, until Wakabayashi is ultimately permitted to join the match. During the contest, Hyuga perfects his Tiger Shot and returns to the team. With these veteran players assembled and Hyuga’s enhanced ability, Japan mounts a late comeback to win 4–3 in the closing minutes.
