Synopsis

In a mirror counterpart to London where dragons are visible—Reverse London—a secret corps of magic users called Wing Bind confronts grotesque creatures that remain unseen in ordinary Front London. Ninny Spangcole, publicly known as a member of a well-liked idol group in Front London, serves as a Witch for Wing Bind alongside her partner Noel Niihashi. Together they undertake missions to eliminate dragon threats and shield inhabitants of both Londons. They are also tasked with protecting Balgo Ywain Parks, a young man whose unusual connection to dragons becomes central to Wing Bind’s work. Decades of effort by the witches kept fatal dragon incidents at bay for nearly a century, but that fragile calm collapses when Balgo’s involvement precipitates the appearance of a Dark Dragon that devastates the city. The situation grows more complicated when Ninny’s troublesome former bandmate arrives in Reverse London accompanied by another formidable dragon, forcing Wing Bind to face intensified danger while continuing their duty to defend the populace.
