Synopsis
The Armed Detective Agency remains pursued by the Hunting Dogs, yet a path to vindication emerges. Renowned sleuth Ranpo Edogawa devises a scheme to demonstrate the Agency's innocence and avert wider disorder: locate and apprehend Kamui, the figurehead of the Decay of the Angel terror group. To pinpoint Kamui's location, Ranpo teams up with colleague Atsushi Nakajima to approach Ouchi Fukuchi, the Hunting Dogs' famed captain, seeking pardon and cooperation. Though Fukuchi has been assigned to detain Agency members, his history with the Agency's leader, Yukichi Fukuzawa, could provide grounds for trust. However, Fukuchi's integrity may not align with his public persona, introducing uncertainty into their appeal and the Agency's attempt to prove itself.
