Synopsis

In a world where certain creatures known as ultimate species possess overwhelming power and rare magic, humans often seek to use their abilities, pushing some of these beings toward extinction. Rein Shroud works as a beast tamer, able to command animals for scouting, supply tasks, and support rather than direct combat. He briefly joins a party led by the scheming hero Arios Orlando but is expelled after six months because his non-fighting role is deemed useless. Unknown to his former companions, Rein is capable of extraordinary feats for his class. He encounters Kanade, a feline spirit who herself belongs to the endangered ultimate species, and forms a unique contract with her. With Kanade’s companionship, Rein embarks on his own path as an adventurer, gradually advancing through the ranks and encountering other ultimate species as he progresses.
