Synopsis
Su Luo is abducted by her romantic rival Li Yaoyao and the mentor Fairy Yanxia, who apply a spell that forces her true visage to be shown. To break free, Su Luo destroys Yanxia's cave and the enchantment, but sustains severe injuries and is cast into the ocean. The spell's removal exposes a hidden aspect of Su Luo's origins. Her sea rescuer turns out to be Yun Qi—the man who killed her in an earlier life on Earth—who claims knowledge of Su Luo's past and offers to explain it. Confronted with this revelation, Su Luo must decide whether to accept Yun Qi, whose actions betrayed her, as a path to uncovering her history, or to return to the life she shared with Nangong Liuyun.
