Synopsis
Aboard a light transport called Bokbrusue, Jinto and Lafiel travel through the plane of the Hyde System so Jinto can assume his role as the system's new Empirial governor, officially titled Earl, after the Union's withdrawal. The native government of Martin rejects Empirial authority and remains defiant. Meanwhile, a unit named Daiichi Jyuurin Sentai, equipped with newly introduced Attack Vessels, arrives in the Hyde System to conduct naval exercises, creating an uneasy backdrop for Jinto's arrival.
