Synopsis

Shoutarou Futaba, who has always enjoyed sports but remained a bench player on his middle school baseball squad, becomes intrigued after watching gymnasts practice in a park and then attending a rhythmic gymnastics competition. Despite a stirring team performance, Shoushukan High School's Rhythmic Gymnastics Club finishes near the bottom because they lacked a full six-member lineup and incurred penalties. Motivated by the athletes' skill, Shoutarou chooses to transfer to Shoushukan with the aim of joining the club, though he has no prior experience in rhythmic gymnastics. The club adds him along with Ryouya Misato, a talented gymnast who previously placed second in a junior event, completing the six-person roster. With the team now whole, they prepare to enter the Inter-High tournament. Shoutarou faces the challenge of learning fundamental techniques and developing coordination with his teammates as they work together toward the shared goal of competing for the championship.
