Synopsis

Sakiko Togawa's orderly world unravels when she severs ties with CRYCHIC, an act that leaves her emotionally shattered. Struggling to survive as days blend into nights, a cherished memory becomes corrupted and pushes her toward breaking point. Seeking to rebuild a sense of purpose and regain what was taken, Sakiko assembles Ave Mujica, a masked symphonic metal ensemble. Its members are connected less by common ambition than by tenuous, conflicting longings. Together they present a melancholic, gothic musical theater piece that explores themes of loss and renewal. As personal wounds and clashing ideals surface, the fragile cohesion of the group begins to fracture, threatening to undo the tenuous reconstruction Sakiko has attempted and driving her toward collapse.
