Synopsis

Mahmut Tuğrul serves as the youngest Pasha within the Türkiye Stratocracy, a role assigned to members of the Divan, the governing council. Scarred by the wartime loss of his mother and village twelve years earlier, he has committed himself to preventing further bloodshed and serving his nation. Years after a brutal confrontation with the expansionist Balt‑Rhein Empire, rising tensions and factional clashes along the border rekindle the threat of widespread war and jeopardize an uneasy peace. As unrest escalates, Mahmut’s idealism and limited experience are scrutinized, culminating in his removal from rank. That reversal leads him to unexpected partnerships in opposition to the Empire. With large‑scale conflict looming, he must navigate complex political schemes and dangerous engagements to defend the fragile peace he values and to demonstrate his ability to lead.
