Synopsis

A Moon-based gateway once enabled human relocation to Mars, where settlers discovered an advanced system they called Aldnoah. That breakthrough led to the rise of the Vers Empire and a declaration of hostility toward the Terrans remaining on Earth. A catastrophic confrontation on the Moon, later named Heaven’s Fall, destroyed the gateway and the satellite, forcing an uneasy truce between the two worlds. Fifteen years on, high schooler Inaho Kaizuka becomes witness to a staged attempt on Princess Asseylum Vers Allusia, who had traveled to Earth seeking reconciliation. The fragile détente collapses, Martian forces renew their offensive, and Inaho with his companions are drawn into combat against the Vers Empire as the conflict escalates.
