Synopsis

Following the aftermath of the Level Upper incident, Misaka confronts a new disturbing phenomenon known as "Someone's Watching." This effect produces a disorienting sensation as if the electrical current in the body is reversing. Alongside her friends, Misaka works to identify and resist this unknown threat, struggling through the unease and uncertainty the phenomenon brings while relying on companionship and determination to face it.
