Synopsis

During summer break, Gash and his companions travel to Mt. Fuji for a picnic and meet a girl carrying a white spellbook. She is Kotoha, and her book indicates that Gash’s mother can be found in a forest cave. When they reach the cave, they discover a blond young man called Wiseman already there. While trying to free him, the group ventures deeper and comes across a portal leading to an alternate realm. There they encounter the Black Knight, a powerful fighter who accuses Gash of stealing the 101st magic book and launches an attack. Gash and Kiyomaro are given a deadline: identify the true thief within 24 hours, or remain trapped in the other world permanently.
