Synopsis

Ichigo Amano, whose greatest joy is eating cakes, has struggled to excel at anything. After meeting renowned patissier Henri Lucas, her exceptional ability to judge flavors is noticed, though she herself is unaware of its extent. Henri arranges for her to enroll at St. Marie Academy, an elite school focused on confectionery. Despite being a novice with limited technical skill, Ichigo is placed with the school's highest-ranked group thanks to Henri’s endorsement. That group includes the celebrated "Sweets Princes": Sennosuke Andou, skilled in traditional Japanese confections; Satsuki Hanabusa, known for working with candied flowers; and Makoto Kashino, a talented chocolatier. Together, Ichigo and the princes—each partnered with a "Sweets Spirit," a fairy that supports patissiers' creative ambitions—pursue their aims within the competitive realm of dessert-making.
