Synopsis

The Bokutou Precinct usually handles minor infractions like speeding, so an unexpected discovery upends their routine: Officers Nikaido Yoriko and Aoi Futaba uncover a stash of illegal firearms in a stolen vehicle. Soon after, widespread malfunctions in traffic control systems create gridlock across Tokyo. The investigation falls to Kobayakawa Miyuki and Tsujimoto Natsumi, whose complementary skills—Miyuki's reliable Mini-Pat and Natsumi's resolute drive—become central to unraveling the situation. As they follow clues, they confront the possibility that someone is deliberately exploiting vulnerabilities in infrastructure to destabilize Tokyo and beyond. The story focuses on their efforts to identify the perpetrator and prevent a larger catastrophe while navigating the precinct's limited resources and the tense atmosphere of a city under technical siege.
