Synopsis

Hirono Kenta is a bespectacled, otaku junior high student whose lifelong passion for Tokusatsu and anime drives him to craft a homemade hero persona called Wing Man. While most classmates dismiss him as eccentric, his childhood friend Ogawa Miku regards him with quiet admiration. One morning a striking young woman named Yume Aoi unexpectedly falls from the sky into Hirono’s life. She is a princess from the Dream realm of Botoreem who escaped when the realm fell under the control of a power‑hungry ruler, Rimeru. Aoi retains a single artifact, the Dream Note, an object that can bring whatever is drawn or written inside it into existence. Hirono takes the girl home to recover and, acting on his self‑appointed duty as a “Hero of Justice,” keeps the Dream Note and begins sketching his Wing Man concepts into its pages, unknowingly binding himself to the book. When he realizes his designs manifest and transform him into the hero he envisioned, Hirono and Aoi set out together to liberate her people and rescue her father. Their mission draws Hirono’s friends into the conflict, particularly Miku, who becomes entangled in the struggle between worlds. Rimeru dispatches monstrous Seed Men and agents to Earth to retrieve the Dream Note, including Kitakura, a calculating operative who infiltrates Hirono’s junior high under the guise of a teacher. The story follows Hirono’s shift from daydreaming fan to active participant in a cross‑dimensional conflict, blending adolescent relationships, imaginative heroics, and the stakes of a fallen Dream realm.
