Synopsis

Starting high school, Nanami Takahashi hopes to make new friends and quickly connects with the reserved Yuri Yamamoto. Through Yuri she learns about Yano Motoharu, a well-liked classmate linked to painful memories: he previously dated Yuri’s older sister, Nana. Initially put off by Yano’s demeanor, Nanami gradually softens and develops feelings for him. As they begin dating, they confront obstacles rooted in Yano’s inability to fully open up—Nana died in a car accident the prior year and had been involved with another of her former partners at that time. Living under the shadow of Yano’s past relationship, Nanami and Yano endure misunderstandings and emotional strain while trying to sustain their bond, testing their commitment amid grief and lingering doubts.
