Synopsis

Carrera, a female demon assigned to forge wish-granting pacts that claim human souls, works alongside fellow demon operatives Mercedes and Rati to fulfill obligations to the demon realm. When the quiet, bookish Ogawa inadvertently summons Carrera, she finds his demeanor unexpectedly compelling and begins to develop romantic feelings for him. Mercedes, viewing Ogawa as a rival opportunity, seeks to involve herself as well, setting up a personal competition between the two demons. Their conflict draws the attention of female angels, who object to the influence demons exert and consider using their sacred means to purify the demons and protect Ogawa’s soul. The story follows the tensions between duty and affection, the competing intentions of demons, and the angels’ efforts to intervene without revealing further outcomes.
