Akira Kiyose, a high school student with a passion for singing, is scouted by a talent firm named sMiLea Production. There she discovers that the enigmatic idol act Anela—whose abrupt departure from the spotlight once stunned the public—are the driving force behind the agency’s talent development. Akira, together with fellow recruits Banri Naoe and Chihiro Isuzugawa, is assembled into an idol group as they work toward achieving wide recognition. Their journey unfolds alongside other contemporary acts, including LEGIT and JAXX/JAXX, as they navigate the challenges and aspirations of the idol world while striving for success.
