Synopsis

Set in a bleak, future Tokyo, the story follows detective Shinjuurou Yuuki, a man labeled the "Defeated Detective," who applies keen observation and unconventional methods to unravel criminal cases, with a focus on murders. He works alongside an unusual companion named Inga, whose behavior and goals diverge from standard investigative work. While Shinjuurou consistently uncovers truths and helps bring offenders to light, Inga appears to pursue a different agenda regarding those they apprehend. The assistant’s true nature and reasons remain concealed, creating an atmosphere of tension and mystery as each case raises questions about loyalty, morality, and the identity behind the aide.
