Synopsis

Chiharu Kashima leads the Wizard Bureau's Crisis Countermeasures Division and is one of the few people capable of using magic. While visiting a regular bar, he meets Toyohi Utsumi, a cheerful man who has longed to encounter a wizard. Toyohi reveals he has fallen for Kashima, and the two gradually grow closer. Beneath the developing relationship, Kashima wrestles with insecurity, worrying that his identity is limited to being a magic user and that Toyohi’s feelings may be directed at the wizardly role rather than at him as a person.
