Synopsis

Daisuke Kanbe, a man with vast wealth, is assigned as a detective to the Modern Crime Prevention Headquarters. There he is partnered with Haru Katou, an empathetic investigator who prioritizes principle and fairness. Their approaches to policing are fundamentally different: Daisuke relies on financial resources to address problems, while Haru rejects the idea that money should determine justice. Their opposing values lead to frequent clashes, yet circumstances force them to cooperate in order to unravel the various cases they encounter. The partnership explores tension between wealth-based solutions and moral conviction as they work together to confront new mysteries.
