Synopsis

Princess Anisphia Wynn Palletia longs to soar despite her kingdom dismissing the ambition and her inability to wield magic. Choosing to abandon royal succession, she dedicates herself to advancing "magicology," blending diverse materials with knowledge recalled from a past life on Earth. Her abdication places the burden of rulership on her younger brother, Algard, who, pressured into a political engagement with Euphyllia Magenta, grows distant and seeks comfort with a commoner. When Euphyllia attempts to intervene in Algard's conduct, he publicly terminates the engagement and labels her domineering. During the ensuing banquet, Anis collides with the scene while testing a flying broom and saves Euphyllia. She proposes that Euphyllia assist her, and although Euphyllia accepts hesitantly, Anis harbors a concealed reason for wanting her nearby. The story follows their evolving association against a backdrop of social expectation, personal ambition, and the pursuit of flight.
