315 Production is a recently established talent agency that seeks individuals who previously worked in other careers—law, medicine, aviation, and similar fields—and offers them a chance to become idols. The agency brings together these former professionals and supports their transition into the entertainment industry. As they learn the skills and demands of idol work, they confront challenges, grow into their roles, and work toward reaching prominence within the idol scene while pursuing their personal aspirations.
