Synopsis
The Daichi household is unraveling: Seiko, dissatisfied and focused on money, has presented divorce papers to Mamoru, a meek, otaku father. Nozomi, long burdened with domestic chores, resents being taken advantage of, while the youngest, foul-mouthed Dai, watches helplessly as the family drifts apart. Unexpectedly, the Galaxy Federation enlists the Daichis to confront extraterrestrial dangers threatening Earth. Confronting those threats becomes an opportunity for the family to defend the planet and potentially mend their strained relationships.
