Synopsis

Jun Naruse grew up immersed in fairy tales and expectations of happy endings. Her trusting nature leads her to expose her father's infidelity, an act that fractures her family and leaves her emotionally wounded. In response to her remorse, a mysterious fairy egg appears and seals her ability to speak, preventing her from voicing thoughts to protect the possibility of peace for those around her. Years later, in high school, Jun still cannot speak without physical pain. Despite this, she is unexpectedly selected to join a musical alongside three classmates: Takumi Sakagami, Natsuki Nitou, and Daiki Tasaki. Initially determined to refuse the role, Jun goes to the club room to decline and pauses when she hears Sakagami singing. Confronted with the idea that the fairy egg’s effect might not apply to song and with the hope represented by Sakagami’s voice, Jun faces the possibility of expressing herself through music and discovering whether she can share what she has kept inside.
