Synopsis

Two centuries after the Space Era commenced, human civilization extended beyond Earth. However, the early 21st century saw Earth plunged into disarray following two meteor impacts. In Space Era year 179, a third meteor strike in the South Pacific's Marquesas Islands led to the discovery of advanced extraterrestrial technology, designated Extra-Over Technology (EOT), by the Earth Federal Government. Dr. Bian Zoldark, director of the Extra-Over Technological Investigative Institute (EOTI), uncovered indications that the originators of the EOT were approaching Earth, potentially to reclaim it or initiate an invasion. In response to these potential extraterrestrial dangers, the government initiated research and development of humanoid combat machines known as Personal Troopers.
