Synopsis

Koguma is a withdrawn second-year high school student who lacks family, interests, companions, and direction. One afternoon while returning home, she stops at a vehicle shop intending to look for a motor scooter. With limited funds, she is discouraged by the prices and prepares to leave, but the shopkeeper offers her a pre-owned Honda Super Cub for ten thousand yen. Hoping the bike will add color to her otherwise routine life, she accepts. Riding the Super Cub, Koguma takes modest excursions around her town, encounters meaningful people, forms lasting bonds, and slowly moves toward a renewed sense of purpose and a different future.
