Synopsis

Mitsumi Iwakura departs her rural hometown to attend a top high school in Tokyo, driven by a clear plan to enact positive change in Japan. Confident in her carefully arranged roadmap, she anticipates smooth progress; instead, her first day is disrupted when she gets lost and arrives late. On the way she encounters Sousuke Shima, a fellow first-year who is also off course, and he accompanies her to school. Their arrival does not erase the awkward start Mitsumi makes with her new peers, yet observers quickly notice the developing bond between the composed, determined Mitsumi and the more reserved Sousuke. The story follows Mitsumi as she navigates the challenges of forming connections in an unfamiliar city and classroom, with Sousuke at her side as she attempts to realize her ambitions without revealing key plot developments.
