Synopsis

Kengo, who fled from an unpredictable and abusive father and severed all family connections, is drawn back into his former life when the daughters of his father’s concubines send a desperate request for help seven years after his departure. Reluctantly returning home, he confronts the legacy he tried to escape and the unresolved trauma tied to his family, while seeking to protect those who reached out to him and reckon with the past that shaped him.
