Synopsis

Hajime Murata's life shifts when an unfamiliar starship appears above Tokyo and a transfer student in an old-fashioned uniform enrolls at his school. The newcomer's presence triggers a cascade of uncanny events: classmates begin manifesting potent mental abilities, a colossal pale guardian manifests in the sky to confront enormous extraterrestrial beasts, and armed figures lurk around the campus. Confronted by these disruptions, Hajime resolves to learn the truth about a world he believed he understood. This narrative follows his search amid the intersection of alien forces and human motives, covert operations and starbound threats, and companions whose identities are not always what they seem.
