Synopsis

Yamada, a young patient confined to a hospital after sustaining severe fractures to both hands, also endures a peculiar medical condition that causes acute scrotal pain unless he ejaculates every three hours. Immobilized and unable to self-relieve, he is assigned to Tachibana, a temperamental nurse tasked with performing the necessary intimate care. The treatments unsettle Tachibana, who finds the procedures distasteful, and Yamada grows increasingly ashamed of the dependence the visits create. Despite her personal revulsion, Tachibana continues to fulfill her duties, balancing professional responsibility with the emotional strain of tending to his recurring need.
