Synopsis

Kei Asai lives in the coastal city of Sakurada, where many residents possess odd supernatural capacities. On a school rooftop he encounters Misora Haruki, a detached girl whose ability can revert the surrounding environment to a state up to three days earlier. Because resets leave no awareness of the change, Misora herself cannot tell when she has used her power. Kei, however, can remember events erased by such resets owing to his photographic memory. After they combine their abilities to assist someone, they join a community-focused Service Club that helps others in Sakurada. The club soon takes on assignments for the enigmatic Administration Bureau, an organization that oversees and manages gifted individuals in the city while steering local affairs to suit its objectives. As they complete missions for the bureau, Kei and Misora begin to confront the possibility that Sakurada’s situation involves forces and schemes beyond the bureau’s apparent control.
