Synopsis

In a future where humanity has settled both inner and outer worlds of the Solar System, a central Earth government was established to safeguard the colonies and enforce order. Tensions grew as many colonists came to distrust that central authority, creating friction between Earth and its outlying settlements. During this uneasy period, an aggressive non-human species called the Deathcula launched unprovoked attacks on the colonies, inflicting heavy casualties and revealing a technological edge over human defenses. To meet this existential danger, Dr. Charles Louvre engineered a starship capable of changing form—the Bismarck. A team of four specialists was assembled to operate this advanced vessel and to defend the outer colonies against further Deathcula incursions.
