Synopsis

Yaeko Mitamura, an eighteen-year-old who helps at her father's okonomiyaki restaurant, encounters a young boy named Hashizo and his unusual cat, Juliano. Hashizo, orphaned in infancy, has been raised by his older brother, Go Kato, who serves as the frontman for an up-and-coming rock group called Bee Hive. Through meeting Go and his bandmate Satomi Okawa, Yaeko is drawn into a shifting dynamic of personal connections. The story explores developing romances, rival feelings, and the intensity of the rock-and-roll world as new talents begin to emerge, maintaining a mix of warmth, tension, and the excitement surrounding nascent stardom.
