Synopsis

The world has become a desolate, shadowed place after Cephiro's corrupt stronghold spreads its influence across a lifeless Tokyo. Hikaru, the heroine, faces the aftermath of that takeover while the ice-witch Alcyone seeks retribution. Before Alcyone can enact her revenge, Lantis intervenes and imprisons her within an enchanted labyrinth that tests her abilities as her comrades are pursued by Cephiro’s warlocks. Meanwhile, Umi and Fuu race through the abandoned city to locate the dormant Mashin—colossal, divine beings that must unite with them to form towering combatants capable of immense destruction. The young Magic Knights are fearful, inexperienced, and isolated; they must determine whether joining with the Mashin can counter Cephiro’s malice and protect those being hunted.
