Synopsis

Three decades ago, a sudden emergence of fire-wielding mutants known as Burnish devastated much of humanity. These beings continue to appear unpredictably, bringing widespread destruction. In the autonomous republic of Promepolis, leader Kray Foresight has guided recovery efforts and the city now prospers. To confront the persistent Burnish threat, a specialized firefighting unit called Burning Rescue employs advanced gear designed by mechanic Lucia Fex. Galo Thymos, an impulsive young man who owes his life to Foresight, joins the rescue team as their newest member. When a militant faction using the name Mad Burnish escalates attacks across the nation and Galo encounters their leader Lio Fotia, he embarks on a path that forces him to investigate the Burnish and reassess the beliefs he once accepted.
