Synopsis

Set four years after the events of the original series, this sequel follows Papuwa-kun, an enigmatic youth living on a newly encountered tropical island teeming with bizarre inhabitants. Accompanied by his maid Liquid and a befuddled newcomer suffering from memory loss called Rotarou, the trio engages in surreal, often nonsensical exploits. Their goal is to keep Rotarou's concealed history hidden while thwarting repeated attempts by the Ganma Army, Special Corps, and even the Shinsengumi to uncover his identity and remove him from the island. The tone blends whimsical absurdity with light suspense as the characters use confusion and misdirection to protect their friend.
