Synopsis

Ryuya lives a tranquil life at school alongside his sister Miya and their circle of friends. An accidental intake of a peculiar medicinal drink changes everything: those who consume it develop heightened sexual sensitivity and increased arousal. Among female students, physical changes include enlarged breasts and a compulsion to have sexual encounters to relieve their condition. Researchers determine that creating an effective vaccine requires pregnancy, which places Ryuya in a position where he engages in sexual relations with the affected girls both to alleviate their symptoms and to assist in efforts toward a medical solution. The story focuses on the emotional and physical consequences of the sudden transformation and the difficult choices the characters face as they contend with the drug’s effects and the urgent search for a remedy.
