Synopsis

While discussing a delicate inquiry, the Fourth Raikage and his team are attacked by a cloaked figure; the leader thwarts the assault only to find Naruto Uzumaki implicated. Naruto vehemently rejects the charges, including an alleged assassination attempt. To prevent diplomatic fallout, Tsunade orders his confinement at Houzuki Castle in Kusagakure, a maximum-security prison for ninja offenders. Inside, Mui, the warden who can nullify chakra, immediately suppresses Naruto’s abilities. Despite this, Naruto makes reckless bids for escape that prove futile until two other prisoners join him. As they investigate the facility, they uncover a disturbing hidden truth. Together the three undertake a perilous plan that might be Naruto’s sole path to freedom and to clearing his name.
