Synopsis
A unique ninja tournament takes place within Konohagakure, inviting participants from every rank. Newcomers are particularly eager to demonstrate their abilities against more experienced combatants. The ultimate reward for the victor is the privilege to enact a new village decree. While Naruto Uzumaki initially seeks this prestigious prize, his attention soon shifts. He develops an intense preoccupation with challenging his instructor, Kakashi Hatake, to a one-on-one confrontation, diverting his focus from the competition's actual goals.
