Synopsis

Futaba Igarashi works as a saleswoman at a trading firm and has kept her position for nearly two years under the supervision of senior colleague Harumi Takeda. Takeda frequently mocks Igarashi because of her small height, treating her in a playful, childlike manner that often frustrates her. Despite the teasing, Igarashi recognizes Takeda as dependable; he reliably steps in to resolve problems around the office. Through repeated interactions and shared workplace moments, the dynamic between Igarashi and Takeda evolves beyond a simple mentor–junior relationship into a deeper personal connection, while maintaining the everyday setting of their company and the emotional push–pull between irritation and appreciation.
