When Minami steps into the role of manager for her high school baseball club after her close friend Yuuki is hospitalized and can no longer serve, she seeks guidance on how to support the team. Intending to find a handbook for team management, she mistakenly purchases a seminal business management text focused on organizational tasks and practices. Unable to return it, Minami studies the book and attempts to adapt corporate management ideas to the rhythms and needs of a high school sports team. Her efforts center on helping the players improve, maintaining team organization, and steering the club toward competing at Nationals, all while navigating the divide between business theory and the realities of baseball.
