Synopsis

A talented neurosurgeon on track for a prestigious career abandons protocol to save a critically injured child rather than a powerful official, following an earlier ethical crisis when a mandated patient switch led to a preventable death. His decision costs him status and engagement, but a series of suspicious deaths clears his name and returns him to a leadership role.
