Synopsis
In Universal Century 0096, a tentative peace has formed after past conflicts. Sixteen-year-old Banagher Links, a typical student, is left behind on the space colony Industrial 7 when his shuttle malfunctions during a school trip. He encounters Audrey Burne, who urgently seeks an audience with Cardeas Vist of the nearby Vist Foundation to convince him to keep a dangerous secret known as Laplace's Box out of circulation. As opposing factions converge on the colony to seize the Box, fighting erupts between remnants of Neo Zeon and Earth Federation forces. In the chaos, Cardeas entrusts Banagher with the key to the Box: a powerful mobile suit called the Unicorn Gundam. The series follows Banagher as he is forced to confront violent realities, test his beliefs, and confront a fate tied to events long buried in history.
