Synopsis

Beneath the city's neon glare, a violent underground arena hosts brutal boxing bouts where fighters risk everything for cash and spectators pin hopes on victors. Mignon, an emerging boxer, seeks refuge from the ring's chaos and his harsh existence in the modest infirmary of Oh Young-One, a reserved underground physician who treats injured combatants. Young-One shows gentle, attentive care, tending to injuries that stem from the brutality surrounding Mignon. Yet the doctor conceals a forbidden aspect of his life. In a lapse of caution, that concealed truth comes to light for Mignon, placing him in immediate peril. Despite Young-One's plea for distance as a means of protection, Mignon refuses to walk away, clinging to the rare warmth and sense of significance the doctor provides.
