Synopsis

Cities have been frequently devastated by supernatural beings called Kaii, and dispatching them has become a respected profession fulfilled by magical girls. Hundreds of businesses, from tiny teams to major firms, offer this service. Kana Sakuragi, a recent college graduate who struggles to find employment despite many interviews, unexpectedly assists a magical girl during a Kaii assault while attending an interview. Although she has no combat background, Kana uses her remarkable memory and knowledge to help restrain the creature. Hitomi Koshigaya, the determined magical girl who confronted the threat, sees Kana’s aptitude and invites her to join Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc., the startup where Hitomi works. Kana accepts, aiming to contribute meaningfully; while corporate life may not suit her, she gradually proves to be exceptionally capable as a magical girl.
