Synopsis

Inspector Zenigata boards the casino ship Machine Gun Kelly, operated by organized crime, as Lupin intends to seize the vessel's cash. Lupin and his crew infiltrate the ship's strongroom but cannot leave with the funds after Zenigata's intervention. While aboard, Lupin acquires information revealing the location of a submerged vessel packed with gold. With that intelligence in hand, the team must face pursuit from Zenigata, retaliation from the mafia, and threats from a covert group headquartered beneath Alcatraz as they work to expose the truth behind the clandestine organization and the lost treasure.
