Synopsis

During spring break, Yuna Ichihara—shy and unsettled after her close friend Sacchan moves away—has an unexpected encounter with a young man who resembles the prince from her favorite shoujo manga. That meeting leads to a complex set of relationships after the mature new neighbor, Akari Yamamoto, quickly becomes friendly with Yuna. Now enrolled at the same high school, Yuna grows drawn to Akari’s brother Rio, the enigmatic and attractive boy she first saw during break, while Akari develops feelings for Yuna’s easygoing childhood friend, Kazuomi Inui. Despite mutual attraction, the quartet’s contrasting personalities and buried issues create obstacles that keep their relationships from progressing. To learn what lies beneath their tangled connections, each of them must face personal challenges and unearth the secrets entwined among them.
